Studio Policy

Lessons are billed by the school term and must be paid in full by the due date the week before the commencement of term. 

If you can not make a scheduled lesson, I can offer 3 options

1) a Skype lesson during your scheduled lesson time. 

2) A video lesson where you send me a video which I can review during your scheduled lesson time and send comments/instructions on how to practice for the next lesson. 

3) make your own arrangements to swap a time and/or day with another student that week via the 2024 student family WhatsApp group. 

In the rare case that I need to cancel a lesson, a make up lesson will be scheduled. 

To discontinue lessons mid year, written notice must be given by week 5 in the previous term that you will not be returning.
